Care Coordination and Transition Management
The Care Coordination and Transition Management (CCTM) online course and text define the integral role of the RN in the interprofessional team and applies to nurses in all setting from ambulatory care to hospitals.
Warehouse of Training
The warehouse of training is intended for managers, supervisors, educators, and/ or anyone who is developing training. The purpose of this resource is to create community of sharing where members of the NNPDC can upload their pre-production training materials. In return, they will have the ability to search, find, and borrow training that was created by other members of our NNPDC community.

American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) defines the standards for high performance in continuing nursing education and measures adherence to those standards. ANCC-accredited contact hours can be used for RN license renewal and for specialty certification, which may require a certain amount of ANCC continuing education credits.

This toolkit includes 10 short lessons that can be used to train staff and physicians on the topic of speaking up for patient and worker safety. Lessons last between 20 - 60 minutes and are designed to be used during team meetings, huddles, and one-on-one conversations. Minimal teaching experience or preparation is needed to deliver the training because the toolkit provides training messages, step-by-step instructions, examples, scenarios, and PowerPoint slides. And the training is conveniently accessible from any Internet-enabled device, including mobile phones, both inside or outside the KP network.
