Nursing Student Placement

Request a placement for the 2024-2025 academic year

If you have an active affiliation agreement with Kaiser Permanente Washington and are interested in placing nursing students for clinical experience, complete and submit our Nursing Student Placement Request form.

Submit your request by April 8, 2024. We will respond by mid-June 2024.

Confidentiality and security paperwork for students

Nursing students using Kaiser Permanente for clinical experience must complete and submit the following documents at least one week before their experience begins:

Confidentiality and security paperwork for clinical faculty

College faculty supervising nursing students at Kaiser Permanente facilities must complete and submit the following documents at least one week before their supervisory duties begin:
