Clinical Informatics Specialist

• Facilitate clinical documentation and operational workflow development/optimization
• Serve as KPHC resource for medical center users and regional operations teams
• Partner with KPHC teams and facilitate operational deployment of new KPHC changes
• Partner with report writers in managing hospital KPHC Clarity Reports, contact persons for hospital reports
• Co-lead/participate in KPHC-related meetings: Clinical Informatics Specialists Peer Group, KPHC Hospital Optimization Committee, KPHC Domain group, AGCS, RHIMC, Scanning Committee
• Identify, prioritize, and track through resolution quality and safety issues arising from Clinical Information Systems reported  Medical Centers, Regional Departments and SSD (includes KPHC, Laboratory, Pharmacy systems)
• Identify, prioritize, and track through resolution inpatient optimization issues reported by medical centers, regional departments and Systems Solutions and Deployment (SSD)
• Provide recommendations to steering committees, approval committees and operations related to KPHC workflows and enhancements
