Welcome to the Kaiser Permanente Northwest Web Site

Welcome to the Kaiser Permanente Northwest Nursing Website. We are glad you are here.

As KPNW nurses, we share a vision with all Kaiser Permanente nurses to advance the art and science of nursing in a patient-centered healing environment through our professional practice and leadership: Extraordinary nursing care. Every patient. Every time.

We all work together, inspired by that vision and guided by our professional practice model, to engage our patients toward total health as only nurses can. We invite you to share your stories with colleagues and leaders about what inspires you and what your professional practice means to you. Each of us can help all of us become even better nurses.

Our goal for this website is to bridge the distance for all KPNW nurses between the farthest points of our region and among the range of care delivery settings in which we work. Here are resources to help all of us standardize and elevate our individual and collective nursing practice, communicate and coordinate our care practices across the continuum, and share in designing and adopting innovative care delivery models that support our patients and allow us to be the best nursing has to offer.

Again, we are glad you are here. We look forward to continuing our work together.
